Lumen ("the app") is an ambient-display app for LG webOS TVs, published by Karpinity. We designed Lumen to collect no personal data.
Nothing personal. Lumen has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not collect, store, or transmit any information that identifies you.
These are stored only on your TV and never sent to us: your settings (chosen feed URL, optional access code, clock and language preferences), and a local cache of the current feed and its images so the app works offline. Uninstalling the app clears them.
The built-in default feed is served as static files from a content delivery network; standard anonymous web-server logs may be processed by that provider solely to deliver the files, and are not used by us to identify you.
If you connect a custom feed, that feed's operator is responsible for its content and any data its server logs. Choose feeds you trust.
Lumen is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
